nnph accepts all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Philippine pesos (₱). nnph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit on nnph is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification under Philippine anti-money laundering requirements. If you've set a deposit limit on your account via the Responsible Gaming tools, that limit applies as your personal cap.

The minimum withdrawal amount on nnph is ₱500. You can only withdraw funds that are available in your main account balance — bonus funds that haven't met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn yet. Check your account's bonus status to see which portion of your balance is freely withdrawable.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejections include: KYC not yet completed, attempting to withdraw bonus funds that haven't cleared wagering requirements, a mismatch between your account name and your GCash/Maya registered name, or an incorrectly entered account number. If your withdrawal is rejected, you'll receive an explanation by email. Fix the issue and resubmit, or contact support for assistance.

nnph does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount that arrives in your GCash, Maya, or bank account. Some banks may apply receiving fees for incoming transfers — check with your bank if you notice a discrepancy. GCash and Maya do not typically deduct fees on incoming transfers from gaming platforms.
